Thanks. it still doesn't quite add up for me but hopefully it will

clear up Thursday.

I guess the implication is that ESPN does not own enough content to stand up the 2019 channelor that a linear ACCN would violate some non-compete clause with Raycom/FSSor maybe both.

It seems odd that ESPN would agree to two mutually exclusive items in a contract...a network and a deal with Raycom...and have to pay a $45m penalty if it can't be worked out.
